2009: Indoor: Won the Big SkyConference Championship title in the 400 meters with a schoolrecord time of 55.71, breaking her own record from earlier in theseason... Also helped the 4x400 meter relay team to a school recordtime of 3:49.97 for a third-place finish at the Big SkyChampionship... Earned all-conference honors in both events.Outdoor: Won the Big Sky Conference Championship crown inthe 400 meters, making it a clean sweep for the year... Timed a54.99 to win the title and helped the Bears to a third-place finishin the 4x400 meter relay and a sixth-place finish in the 4x100meter relays, both school records... Qualified for the NCAA MidwestRegional Meet and placed 18th... Was named a Big SkyAthlete of the Week during the year.
2008: Indoor: Finished second in the400 meters at the Big Sky Conference Championship, establishing anew school record with a clocking of 56.43, earning all-conferencehonors... Ran the anchor leg on the fourth place 4x400 meterrelay... Ran a season-best time of 26.11 in the 200 meters.Outdoor: Earned all-conference honors with her third-placefinish at the Big Sky Conference Championship, again breaking herown record with a career-best time of 54.93... Helped the Bearsfinish fourth in the 4x400 meter relay... Clocked a career-best25.05 in the 200 meters and a 54.93 in the 400 meters.
2007: Indoor: Broke the school recordin the 400 meters at the Big Sky Conference Championship en routeto a second-place finish and all-conference honors with a time of56.47... Also posted a season-best time of 26.08 in the 200 meters.Outdoor: Qualified for Independent Nationals in the 400meters, where she finished third... Also competed on the 4x100meter and 4x400 meter relays... Season bests were 25.61 in the 200and 57.22 in the 400 meters.
Prep: A 2006 graduate of Limon High Schoolwhere she was Valedictorian of her class... Competed in four yearsof softball, basketball and track... Was the 3A Player of theYear in softball and 2A Miss Basketball her senior year and was aplayer in the 2A State Basketball Championships her freshman,junior and senior year... Was also a part of the 2A State Trackteam champions her sophomore, junior and senior years.
Personal: Born June 8, 1988 in Hugo, Coloradoto Rick and Patty Sandersfeld... Has three siblings, Brianne,Travis, and Braden... Majoring in mathematics with anemphasis in secondary education and currently holds a 4.00cumulative GPA .
