2009-10: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic Teamfor both indoor and outdoor track & field. Indoor:Competed in four meets during the indoor season, running the 400 inall four as well as long jumping at the Potts Invitational…Ran a season-best time of 50.65 in the 400 at the Air ForceAll-Comers meet on Jan. 15 and also ran on one of the team’s4x440 relays during the meet. Outdoor: Advanced to the BigSky Championship in the 400 meters, clocking a 49.51 in thepreliminaries… Ran a career-best time of 48.39 at theColorado State-Pueblo Open in the 400 on March 28… Also ranon the team’s 4x400 meter relay twice during the year,helping the team to a 3:13.93 at the prestigious Mt. SACrelays.
2009: Indoor: Missed the entire seasonwith an injury. Outdoor: Competed in the 800 meters,running a personal best time of 1:56.63 at the Front RangeChampionship.
2008: Indoor: Competed in the 400meters, posting a 50.09 as a season best at the Air ForceInvitational. Outdoor: Competed in the 800 meters with aseason best of 1:57.63 at the Front Range Championship.
2007: Indoor: Redshirted.Outdoor: Redshirted.
Prep: 2006 graduate of Broomfield HighSchool... Competed in two years of basketball and track &field, attaining all-conference and all-state honors both years intrack & field... Was not able to compete during his junior andsenior year due to injuries.
Personal: Born March 24th, 1988... Parents areDiane and Victor Harper... Currently majoring in sport and exercisescience.
