2009-10: Indoor: Posted a season-best time of 49.99 in the 400 meters in the preliminaries of the Big Sky Championship… Also ran on the team’s 4x400 meter relay squad that clocked a 3:14.49 at the Big Sky Championship to finish third and earn all-conference honors. Outdoor: Again earned all-conference honors as a member of the school’s 4x400 relay team after the Bears ran a 3:13.89 to finish third… Qualified for the conference championship in the 800 meters where he ran a season-best time of 1:54.41… Also posted career-best times of 49.25 in the 400 and 4:12.84 in the 1500 meters throughout the season.
2009: Indoor: Qualified for the Big Sky Conference Championship, where he ran a 1:55.95 to finish ninth and miss finals by one spot... Competed in five events. Outdoor: Ran a career-best time of 1:52.84 in the 800 meters to qualify for the finals at the Big Sky Conference Championship and finished eighth overall... Competed in seven meets for the Bears.
2008: Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Ran in two meets, posting a career-best time of 4:12.46 in the 1500 meters at the Colorado Invitational.
2007: Indoor: Redshirted. Outdoor: Redshirted.
Prep: 2006 graduate of Greeley West High School... Ran track and cross country... Member of the National Honor Society and was an honor roll student all four years... All-conference in track in his junior and senior years and cross country all four years... All-region in track as a senior and cross country in junior and senior years.
Personal: Born August 12, 1987... Son of Mark and Maureen Larson... Double majoring in geology and business.
