Indoor
Broke the Northern Colorado 5000 meter record at the Big SkyChampionship, running a 17:59.01 to finish in eighth place... Alsotimed the second-fastest 3000 meters in school history at 10:47.06at the Air Force Invitational... Competed in three meets during theindoor season.
Outdoor
Had her best outdoor campaign of her career, running a 4:33.67in the 1500 meters at the Big Sky Championship for thethird-fastest time in NC history to finish ninth... Also ran a17:43.67 in the 5000 meters at the Kansas Relays to put herselffourth on the top 10 list at NC... Placed 13th in the 5000 metersat the Big Sky Championship... Ran a 10:34.39 early in the seasonfor the eighth fastest 3000 meter time.
2009-2010
Indoor
Ran just twice during the indoor season, clocking an 11:18.93in the 3000 meters at the Don Barrett Duals and a 19:39.03 in the5000 meters at the Air Force Invitational.
Outdoor
Named to the Big Sky All-Academic Team… Qualified forthe Big Sky Championship in the 5000 meters, where she finished11th… Clocked a career-best time of 18:03.23 in the 5K atthe Asics Steve Scott Invitational on May 1 and ran a 4:53.44 atthe Colorado State-Pueblo Invitational on April 15 in the 1500meters.
2008-2009
Indoor
Ran the 3000 meters at the both Don Barrett Open and Air ForceInvitational and her season best was 11:31.09.
Outdoor
Ran the 800, 1500, 3000 and 5000... Qualified for the Big SkyChampionship in the 5000, where she placed 16th... Herseason bests were 10:54.65 in the 3000 and 18:34.88 in the5000.
HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Niwot High School in 2008... Competed in four yearsof cross country and track & field... Was a state qualifier allfour years in both sports... Set school records of 5:20 in the 1600meters and 9:45 in the 4x800 relay.
