2009: Indoor: Competed in four meets,posting a career-best time of 4:47.73 in the mile, 51.71 in the 400meters and 2:01.32 in the 800. Outdoor: Posted acareer-best time of 54.64 in the preliminaries of the 400 hurdlesat the Big Sky Championship to advance to the finals where heplaced sixth... Also had career-best times of 50.54 in the 400 and1:59.83 in the 800 meters during the year.
2008: Indoor: Competed in just threeindoor meets, posting season best times of 52.22 in the 400 and2:08.41 in the 800. Outdoor- Competed in seven meets,culminating with the Front Range Championships... Timed a seasonbest 56.09 in the 400 hurdles at the Tom Benich Classic.
2007: Indoor: Ran in two meets with aseason best time of 52.52 in the 400. Outdoor: Competed infour meets... Ran a career-best time of 23.05 in the 200 meters andhad a season best clocking of 57.38 at the Jack ChristiansenInvitational.
Prep: 2006 graduate of Valley High School...Played four years of football, basketball and competed intrack... Won the state title in the 300 meter hurdles in 2006at 3A with a time of 39.92 and also finished third in the 200meters with a time of 23.01.
