2010: Indoor: Ran just twice during the indoor season, running the 800 at the Potts Invitational and the 3000 meters at the Air Force Invitational. Outdoor: Competed in six meets during outdoor, concentrating on the 1500 meters… At the CU Invitational, ran a career-best time of 2:25.78 in the 800 meters.
2009: Indoor: Redshirted. Outdoor: Redshirted.
2008: Indoor: Ran in just two meets posting a career-best time of 11:17.32 in the 3000 at the Don Barrett Open. Outdoor: Competed in six meets, ending the year with a career-best time of 18:34.62 in the 5000 at the Steve Scott Invitational.
2007: Indoor: Qualified for the Big Sky Conference Championship in the 5000 meters, but did not finish... Her career-best 5K time came earlier in the season at the Air Force Invitational (19:30.46). Outdoor: Had a breakout day at the Jack Christiansen Invitational, posting a best time of 2:26.56 in the 800 meters to finish 10th and 4:58.44 in the 1500 meters for ninth.
Prep: Team captain in cross country and track for junior and senior seasons at Poudre High School ... Had four letters in both sports ... Owns all-time top-ten records at PHS in 1600 and 3200 meters ... Never finished lower than 26th in state for cross country ... Honor Roll all four years.
Personal: Born July 5, 1988... Daughter of Philip and Anna Kintzley... Is the fifth of six children... Majoring in sports and exercise science.
