2010: Named to the Big Sky All-Academic Teamfor both indoor and outdoor. Indoor: During thepreliminaries of the 55-meter hurdles at the Big Sky ConferenceChampionship, broke the school record after timing an 8.14…In the finals, ran an 8.15 to finish sixth. Outdoor:Qualified for the Big Sky Championship in the 100 hurdles…Ran a season-best time of 14.44 in the hurdles at the prestigiousMt. SAC Relays.
2009: Indoor: Qualified for the BigSky Championship where she placed fifth after running an 8.97 inthe 60 meter hurdles... Clocked an 8.87 in the preliminaries, whichwas the fourth fastest time... Competed in five meets.Outdoor: Qualified for the Big Sky Championship in the 100hurdles, earning all-conference honors after running a personalbest time of 14.15... Also was a member of the 4x100 relay teamthat took sixth with a time of 47.16... Competed in seven meets forthe Bears.
2008: Indoor: As a true freshman,finished fifth at the Big Sky Championship in the 60 meter hurdles,running an 8.82... Broke the Northern Colorado record in the 60hurdles after clocking an 8.77 at the Don Barrett Open.Outdoor: Qualified for the Big Sky Championship meet inboth the 100 hurdles and as a member of the 4x100 relay... Herseason bests were 14.22 in the 100 hurdles, and 26.20 in the 200meters.
Prep: 2007 graduate from Rampart High School...Competed in four years of volleyball, swimming & diving andtrack & field, earning 11 varsity letters... Captain for boththe swimming & diving and track & field teams her senioryear... Four year state qualifier for track in the 100 hurdles,high jump, long jump and 4x100m relay... 5A state champion inthe 100 hurdles her senior year.
Personal: Born September 16, 1988... Parentsare Russell Coomes and Laura London... Majoring in sports andexercise science.
