High School: Team captain of both the baseball and football teams in his senior year... Was a first-team all-conference selection in both sports as well as a first-team all-state pick in football during his final year... Helped the Lobos win four-straight state titles on the diamond... As a senior hit .489 with 13 doubles and caught 47 passes for 962 yards on the gridiron.
Personal: Born Dec. 8 in Washignton D.C... One of two sons of Richard and Rondell Ferguson... Hopes to major in business.
