2013-14:
Indoor: Qualified for the Big Sky Championships in the pole vault...Cleared a season-best 3.64 meters Dec. 6 at they Wyoming Power Meet to set the school record...Her time of 7.35 seconds in the 55 meters is also the 10th-best in school history.
Outdoor: Qualified for, and placed eighth in, the pole vault at the Big Sky Championships, where she cleared a season-best 3.61 meters.
2012-2013:
Outdoor:Â Qualified in the pole vault for Big Sky Conference Outdoor Championships in Portland, Ore., where she vaulted 3.30m...Had her best 100m time (12.64) May 3 at the Cowpoke Open in Laramie, Wyo...Had UNC's third-best pole vault mark (3.57m) April 26 at the Jack Christiansen Invitational in Fort Collins.
Indoor:Â Recorded the 10th-best 60m time in school history (8.01 seconds) Feb. 15 at the Mines Joe Davies Collegiate Open in Golden, Colo...Her top pole vault attempt of 3.30m came Dec. 7 at the Wyoming Power Meet in Laramie, Wyo.
2011-12
Indoor: Set a personal best at the Air Force Invitational for the Pole Vault with a clearance of 10-0... Competed in five meets as a true freshman... Her 10-0 vault is the second-best in Northern Colorado indoor history.
Outdoor: Qualified for the Big Sky Conference Championship, where she cleared 10-8 for 17th place... Had a season-best vault of 10-11.75 at the Front Range Classic (May 4) to qualify for the Big Sky Championship, which also ties for the third-best vault in school history.
High School: Graduated from Grand Junction High School in 2011... Her high school coach was Darrel Simington... Lettered all four years, earning four all-conference nods and qualified for the High School State Championship every year... Placed 11th in the 100 meters as a senior and helped the 4x100 relay finish second as a sophomore... Named to the Academic All-Staet team as a senior and was awarded the Lewis Dawson Memorial Senior Sportsman Award her junior and senior year in Track & Field.
Personal: Born July 20 in Grand Junction to Steve and Karen Ryken... Has one older brother, Matt.
