2018
- Played in 10 games, starting at running back in six of them.
- Ran for 338 yards on 75 carries for an average of 4.5 yards per carry.
- Scored four rushing touchdowns and one receiving helping him become UNC's all-time DI leader in scoring with 158 points.
- Caught 11 passes for 66 yards.
- Ran for 118 yards on 11 carries against Southern Utah for his best performance of the season.
2017
- The Bears starting running back accumulated 633 all-purpose yards and six touchdowns.
Riek, r- an for 523 yards on 131 carries to average 4.0 yards per carry.
- He had a pair of 100 yards rushing games on the season with 137 against Idaho State and 114 against Sacramento State.
- As a pass catcher Riek made 14 receptions for 110 yards.
- His best pass catching game came against Idaho State when he had three receptions for 65 yards.
2016
- Riek continued to impress in 2016 as the primary running back for the Bears.
- In seven games, Riek rushed for 736 yards and 3 touchdowns, averaging 5.8 yards per carry, breaking his own program record from the year before.
- Riek added 195 yards receiving on 10 receptions.
2015
- In his debut season, Riek wowed UNC fans rushing for 796 yards in just eight games, averaging 5.4 yards per carry, breaking the Division I program record for YPC for a season.
- He also broke all freshman rushing records at the Division I level for UNC.
- Riek scored a season-high seven touchdowns and led the team in points on the year.
- He also finished the season with four games of over 100 yards rushing.
2014
- Redshirted.
High School: Was an All-CIF, All-Conference and All-Desert Sun selection as a running back and cornerback as a senior. Also played strong safety, cornerback, wide receiver and kick returner. Named to the Inland Empire All-Star game. Carried the ball 210 times for 1,832 yards. Helped the Aztecs to the league title.
