- Holds many records such as 250 receiving yards in one game, 6 touchdowns in one game, 460 purpose in one game.Â

- He is the son of Ernesto Perez-Sarria and  Daisy Mae Kisart.
- He has two sisters.
- Perez-Sarria has come to UNC to pursue a degree in Sports and Exercise Science.
