High School: Three-time All-Conference player at Belleville West for the Maroons... Led his team to the second round of the playoffs for the first time in 33 years...Played on both sides of the ball at QB and OLB... Was also the team captain for three seasons... Part of the National Honor Society and on the honor roll.
Boyd is the son of Kameka and Sherand Boyd... Plans on majoring in Special Education at UNC.
