Bio
2016: Transferred in at semester, joined the team in spring practices. In fall, Kane recorded 28 solo tackles and assisted on 35 for a total of 63. Kane recorded an interception against North Dakota and returned it for 18 yards. His best game came against Portland State with 7 solo tackles and 2 assists.
At Iowa Western CC (2014-15): Iowa Western CC transfer filled a void at safety for the Bears. In two seasons with the Reivers Kane played 21 games and was good for 67 tackles, three interceptions and two fumble recoveries and 65 return yards... Also had two blocked punts... Named First Team All-Conference Defense in 2015 and was a part of the 2014 JUCO National Championship Runners-Up team... Helped team win the Graphic Edge Bowl in 2015.
High School: Earned 4 letters in football and 3 in track and field at Wapsie Valley HS... Was All-District First Team Defense in 2012, 2013 and the District MVP in 2013...Was a team captain... Racked up 2,033 all-purpose yards in his career and had 32 TDs, 151 tackles and 3 INTs... Was also a part of the National Honor Society and on the Honor Roll all four years... Led team to a State Championship in 2012.
