High School: Was afirst-team all-region selection in both his junior and seniorseasons... Also named an honorable mention All-State pick his finaltwo years... Led the team in tackles as a junior and amassed ateam-leading nine sacks... Helped the Jackrabbits to the stateplayoffs all three seasons and was team captain as a senior... Alsoplayed for the Mesa Knights rugby club.
