2008: Played in nine games before sustaining aseason-ending injury... Was a significant contributor on specialteams as well... Recovered a fumble in the season opener at Purdue,giving him a recovery in two straight games after securing oneagainst Portland State in 2007.
2007: Played in all 12 games,recording seven tackles, six solo on the year... Had aninterception in the season opener at Hawai'i and returned it eightyards... Also recovered a fumble against Portland State and had akickoff return for 14 yards at Cal Poly.
2006: Was a valuable member ofthe scout team.
2005: Redshirted.
High School: 2005 FredSteinmark Award Finalist... First-Team All-State football in both2003 and 2004... Patriot League Player of the Year in both footballand baseball... Honorable mention All-State pick in basketball as asenior... Three-time all-conference selection in hoops... All-Statehonoree in baseball as a junior... State runner-up in track in the100 and 200 meters as a senior... Finished third in the 100 andfifth in the 200 as a junior... Member of National Honor Society.
Personal: Son of Joe and JoanStemo... Majoring in sport & exercise science with an emphasisin physical education teaching.
