2015: Transferred in from Washburn University and participated in spring ball.... Played in 7 games for UNC at LB and on special teams...Recorded 4 tackles.
Washburn University (2014): Redshirted.
High School: Two-sport athlete at Chaparral HS playing Lacrosse and Football... Made first team All-Continental League in LAX in 2014 and made the honorable mention list for FB the same season... Was voted team captain in both LAX and FB in his senior season...Three-year letterman in both sports... Guided his team to a league championship in LAX in 2013.
Son Derek and Jeniffer Villanueva... Evan is pursuing a nursing major at UNC.
