2013: Played 11 of 12 games while totaling 30 tackles; eight solo and 22 assisted... Recorded 3.5 tackles for a loss of 22 yards, 3.5 sacks for a loss of 22 yards and one pass breakup… Totaled a season-high nine tackles at Idaho State on Oct. 12.
2012: Moved from end to tackle during spring drills... Started the season opener at Utah, but suffered a season-ending injury just before halftime... Had four tackles and a pass break-up against the Utes.
2011: Named to the College Sports Journal All-Freshman All-America Team... Played and started in all 11 games for the Bears... Recorded 44 total tackles, including 19 solo stops... Tallied 8.5 tackles for loss and 5.5 quarterback sacks... Also named to the Big Sky Conference All-Academic and honorable mention All-Conference squads... Led the team with five quarterback hurries... Had at least three tackles in every game and three times recorded five or more.
2010: Redshirted.
High School: Named to the 2009 Metro North All-Region First-Team as well as First-Team all-Front Range for the Norsemen... Was a three-year starter and team captain as a senior... Named the team’s defensive player of the year and also played on the offensive line... Tallied 76 total tackles, five sacks and 13 tackles for loss as a senior.
Personal: Born Sept. 9 in San Diego... Is the youngest of three children of Robert and Alma Chapple with two older sisters, Kieshla and Desiree... Is undeclared in a major at Northern Colorado.
