Yoswa kicked off her Northern Colorado career with a bang -- immediately becoming one of the Bears biggest offensive threats ... Appearing in all 20 games, including 11 starts, Yoswa notches two goals and eight total points ... Her four assists tied her for the second-most on the team ... The freshman finished fourth with eight points on the year ... She talled 41 total shots, with 19 of those coming on-target (.463 SOG%) ... Her first goal as a Bear came on Sept. 18 against Drake, when she launched seven shots (four on-goal) and helped the Bears to a 2-2 draw ... Perhaps her best game of her freshman year came Oct. 9 against Idaho State ... In that game against the Bengals, Yoswa notched both an assist and the game-winning goal.
High School:
Four year letter-winner while playing for the Grandview Wolves and coach Terry Wood ... Named a team-captain in both her junior and senior seasons ... Helped lead the Wolves to a state championship in her freshman year ... Named to the All-Centennial League First Team as a senior ... Also named to the 5A All-State First Team during her senior campaign ... Played club soccer for Rush Nike and helped lead the squad to state championships three years in a row.
