Bio
2018-19:
Indoor: During his first season with cross country Lehmuth participated in 5k, 8, 10k, and into track and field he ran in 5000m only. Lehmuth set a lot of personal time records in his first year and will only be expected to get faster. At his first meet at the Wyoming Invite he ran his 5k at a tim of 15:51.8. At Santa Clara University Bronco Invite he ran his 8k in 24:47.4. The Lehmuth attended the NCAA Division I Mountain Region Cross Country Championships where he ran his personal best 10k at 33.07.0. Lehmuth had a quick turn around into track and field because he ran his seasons fastest 3000m at the Potts Invitational. Lehmuth attended the Big Sky Indoor Championship and there he finished in 14th place for 5000m.Â
Outdoor: Lemuth ran in the 500m, 800m, 10,000m, and 1500m. He started off the season strong by running his fastest 800m at 2:03.77 at the UNLV Invitational. Throughou the six meets lehmuth attended he ran his fastest 5000m at the 2019 Triton Invitational at 14:46.42. Lemuth also attended the Adidas/Steve Scott Invitational where he ran his fastest 1500m at 4:07.78.
High School: Lehmuth attended Jefferson Academy in Broomfield, Co. There he lettered all four years in Cross Country. He was in the JAXC Hall of Fame, MVP from 2015-2018, and recieved the Heart of the Jaguar in 2018. He was First Team All-State for cross country in 2017 and a league champion for the 1600m and the 3200m in 2018. Lehmuth also holds the Freshman XC record, school XC record, and highest state XC record for the 1600m, and 3200m.Â
Personal: Lehmuth was born on 11/4/2000 in Long Beach, Calif. He is the son of Scott and Holly and he has one brother named Brayden who is 10. And, one sister named Lauren who is 4. Lehmuth is majoring in Graphic Design here at UNC.
