Northern Colorado prepares for rematch with Chattanooga on the road
It may be Thanksgiving week, but its game time for Northern Colorado women's basketball, as the team travels to play Chattanooga tomorrow at 11 a.m.(MT).

Northern Colorado started its road trip with a match up against No. 11 UCLA. The Bruins defeated the Bears 92-58 on Friday night. The game was head coach Jenny Huth's return to Pauley Pavilion, where she was an assistant for eight seasons.
Alexis Chapman was the high-scorer for the Bears with 18 points as she found her shot from three-point range, going 3-of-7. UNC shot 38 percent from three, but 37 percent overall. UCLA had a 38-28 advantage in rebounding, with 19 offensive boards.
UNC's bench was productive, scoring 22 points compared to the Bruins seven. UCLA controlled the paint with 52 points in the game. The Bears did have an edge in free-throws, taking 30 free-throws compared to 22 for the Bruins. UNC converted 21 shots from the line.

Chattanooga had its own test against a highly-ranked team, facing No. 8/9 Louisville last week. The Cardinals defeated the Mocs 86-37. In their last game, Chattanooga narrowly lost to Austin Peay, 50-49. The Mocs lone wins comes against Liberty in mid-November, 71-54.
Eboni Williams leads the Mocs scoring, with 10/3 points per game, shooting 31 percent on the season. Williams also leads the team with 6.4 rebounds per game.
History against Chattanooga
The Bears and Mocs met for the first time last December in Greeley. The two teams went to overtime at Bank of Colorado Arena, with UNC grinding out a 68-65 win. Alexis Chapman scored her career-high 23 points in the game to lead UNC to the win. The Bears held Chattanooga to 1-of-8 shooting in the overtime period.
