Bears baseball takes on Nebraska on Tuesday and Wednesday
UNC baseball starts its week long road trip against Nebraska for a mid-week series.

• The Bears odd schedule continued over the weekend when a game had to be halted due to darkness Saturday. UNC has also had all four games in Texas canceled this year due to snow.
• UNC and Nebraska have played against each other the past ten years.

Nebraska is led by former big leaguer ,Darin Erstad. The Huskers are coming off a challenging weekend at the Houston Classis where they played #14 Texas A&M, Hawaii, and #7 LSU. The Huskers won against Hawaii, but dropped their games against A&M and LSU. All but three of the teams pitchers ERA is 3.50 or below. On the offensive side, NU has five players hitting .300 or better. Ryan Blodt leads the team with a slash line of .383/468/.455.,
