@BearsSoftball Drops Last Game in Kansas

Headed into the seventh inning UNC controlled the game by a score of 5-3, trying to hold off the Kangaroos to pick up their first win of the road trip.
UMKC applied pressure right back on the Bears scoring nine runs in the seventh inning, closing the door on UNC.
Northern Colorado would do all it could in the seventh to make a comeback.
Erica Dick singled down the right field line, scoring Mikayla Duffy.
The Bears notched one more run on the scoreboard with another single to left field from Molly Ryan scoringKaitlin Flynn.
With two outs Nicole Hudson smacked a double to right center field, cashing in two RBI.
The Bears magical comeback fell short one batter later with a ground out to the pitcher.
UNC will take tomorrow off and return to the field on March 17 when the face Nebraska-Omaha in a double-header that starts at 1:00 p.m.
