@BearsSoftball Drops First Game of Road Trip

LAWRENCE, Kan. – The Northern Colorado softball team took to the field today, taking on the Billikens of St. Louis. The Billikens would prove to be a tough first game of five in Lawrence with the Bears falling, 18-0.
UNC would record one hit in the game coming from Morgan Yuhas in the in the bottom of the second inning.
The Bears would try three pitchers in the game, sophomore Jayme Reddacliff, freshman Kelli Kleis and freshman Lauren Paige.
The trio allowed 18 runs on 12 hits while managing two strikeouts.
The Bears will look to rebound in a big way tomorrow when they take on UMKC at 1:00 p.m. and Kansas at 3:30 p.m.
