Earned first team All-Big Sky honors...Became seventh player in program history to record 1,000 career kills and 1,000 career digs...Finished career with 1,131 kills and 1,067 digs..Led the Bears with 374 kills, a season career high for Cunningham...Had a career high 25 kills vs Delaware (8/29)...Led the team with 12 double-doubles on the season...Ranked sixth in the Big Sky with 3.31 kills per set...Had two 15+ kills 15+ digs matches, vs Delaware on August 29 (25 kills, 15 digs) and at North Dakota on Halloween (17 digs, 17 kills)...Blocked a career high seven attacks at Montana (11/7)...Second on the team with 301 digs...Third in blocks tallying 53...Led team in total attacks, 1178.
2014:
Started all 33 matches as a junior...Led the team in kill with 371, finishing eighth overall in conference...second on the team in digs with 336, averaging 2.80 per set...led the team with 15 double-doubles tying for second most in conference...Named Big Sky MVP after averaging 11.0 kills and 9.66 digs in the tournament...Earned Second Team All-Big Sky honors...Made the Big Sky All-Academic team.
2013:
Started in all 31 of the team's matches her sophomore year...Finished first on the team and eighth in the conference with 359 total kills and 3.02 kills/set...Second on the team in digs (303) and third in service aces (17)...Set career bests in kills in matches against Eastern Washington (21 vs. EWU Oct. 12; improved to 22 kills at EWU Nov. 15)...Career-high 25 digs in regular season finale vs. NAU Nov. 23...Recorded nine double-doubles during the season...Was also fourth on the team with 58 total blocks.
2012:
Cunningham appeared in 29 matches and 80 sets total during her first year in a Bear uniform ... During her first year, she gave Bear fans a glimpse into the promising all-around game she can provide, finishing with 27 kills on .000 hitting, while also notching 127 digs (1.59/set) and tallying 12 assists ... She also came away with four service aces and seven block assists for a total of 34.5 points on the year ... Saw plenty of playing time early in the season, playing in all four sets of the Bears' 3-1 season-opening win over Big 12 opponent TCU ... In that game, she tallied a career-high 13 digs to go along with three kills ... Played perhaps her best match of the season in a tough five-set loss to Tulsa, tallying career highs in kills (6), attacks (25) and blocks (3) to go along with 11 digs.,
HIGH SCHOOL:
Hails from Eaton High School -- the same school that Northern Colorado coach Lyndsey Oates attended ... While at Eaton, Cunningham was one of the state's most dominant volleyball players -- leading the Fightin' Reds to a Colorado 3A State Championship as a senior ... During her illustrious career at Eaton, she was named 3A All-State Honorable Mention as a sophomore, given the Second-Team nod as a junior and named to both the First Team and the state's 3A Player of the Year ... Was named the Denver Post's Prep Student-Athlete of the Week as a senior ... During her senior year, she dished out 228 kills, 42 aces, 230 digs and 25 blocks ... She will bring great athleticism to Northern Colorado, having lettered in volleyball, tennis and track at Eaton.
