Maggie Manwarren starts her professional coaching career at the Northern Colorado after playing collegiate softball for Bears' head coach Ben Garcia at Colorado Mesa University. Maggie will be working specifically with hitting and the outfielders.Â
Maggie played her first two years at the College of Southern Nevada, before transferring to Colorado Mesa, after Garcia recruited her.Â
At Colorado Mesa, Maggie earned All-American honors her senior season. Maggie was a key contributor to the Mavericks 37-game winning streak and number one national ranking for seven weeks.Â
During her playing career, Maggie gained experience in coaching softball camps, as well as strength and conditioning camps for both collegiate and youth athletes. She has a great passion for softball and is excited to join a division 1 program to start her coaching career.Â
Manwarren is originally from Las Vegas, Nev. where she attended Green Valley High School. She is the daughter of Collin and Emilia Manwarren and has one brother Cooper. She currently lives in Greeley, Colo.Â
