Tuite Named To Big Sky Preseason All-Conference Team

GREELEY, Colo. – University of Northern Colorado senior forward Lexi Tuite has been named to the 2026 Big Sky Conference Women's Soccer Preseason All-Conference Team, the league announced Wednesday.
Tuite earned preseason recognition after establishing herself as one of the Bears' top offensive threats during the 2025 season. She led the team last season in points (12) and goals (6) with two coming as game winners. Her selection highlights the expectations surrounding Northern Colorado entering the new campaign and recognizes the impact she has made as one of the conference's premier attacking players.
The preseason honor makes Tuite Northern Colorado's lone representative on the conference's preseason team. As one of the Bears' returning leaders, she will look to build on last season's success while helping guide UNC into the 2026 season.
Northern Colorado opens its regular season with a challenging schedule that features several non-conference tests before beginning Big Sky Conference play. Tuite will once again play a key role in leading the Bears' attack as they look to continue building under head coach Tim Barrera.
