Bears Set for Loyola Intercollegiate

UNC Will Travel to Arizona
GREELEY, Colo. – The Northern Colorado men's golf team heads to Goodyear, Ariz., to compete in the Loyola Intercollegiate tournament at the Palm Valley Golf Club.
The tournament will consist of 20 teams from across the nation. The Bears will tee off for round one on Sunday, Feb.16, with rounds two and three scheduled for Monday and Tuesday.
The Bears Lineup
Antti Vahvaselka: Vahvaselka has tallied two top 25 finishes this season, placing 10th out of 90 golfers at the Vaqueros Intercollegiate and 24th out of 84 golfers at The Grier Jones Shocker Invitational.
Westin Pals: Pals had a strong performance at the Vaqueros Intercollegiate, finishing 21st out of 90.
Matias Koropeski: Koropeski is averaging 78.3 through the fall season. He finished the Mark Simpson Colorado Invite with a season best 5-over par.
JaeSeung Na: Na looks to continue his strong season after placing 18th at the Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational and finishing 6th at the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational out of 110 competitors.
Palmer Mutcheson: Mutcheson posted his best score of the fall season at the Grier Jones Shocker Invitational, finishing 26th with 4-over.
LAST TIME OUT
The Bears placed ninth at the Los Vaqueros Intercollegiate in Playa De Carmen, Mexico. Westin Pals finished in 21st place.
UP NEXT
The Bears return to the course on March 11th at the GCU Invitational in Phoenix, Ariz.
