Vahvaselka shoots 72, while Mutcheson, Na, Pals, and Koropeski card 73

GOODYEAR, Ariz. – Northern Colorado men's golf is tied for tenth after one round at the Loyola Intercollegiate hosted by Loyola at the Palm Valley Golf Club.

Antti Vahvaselka fired an even 72 on Sunday afternoon and enters round two tied for 30^th. Additionally, Vahvaselka played four holes 1-under.

Palmer Mutcheson, JaeSeung Na, Westin Pals, and Matias Koropeski each shot a 1-over 72 in the opening round and are tied for 45th heading into round two.

Na is currently tied for ninth in the tournament with five birdies after round one, while Pals is tied for seventh in Par 5 scoring, averaging 4.25. Koropeski is tied for fifth with 13 total pars.
