UNC Athletics Adds 22 More Academic All-Conference Honors

UNC baseball placed 13 members and swimming and diving added nine to the Academic All-WAC team
DENVER – The Western Athletic Conference (WAC) announced its Spring 2020 sports and freshman and transfers Academic All-WAC honors on Thursday. UNC baseball and swimming and diving were represented on the list with baseball placing 13 members and swim and dive adding in nine.
With the announcement of the Academic All-WAC team Northern Colorado finished the 2019-20 year with 176 Academic All-Conference members across all its sports programs, seven more than 2018-19.
The additional nine members from swimming and diving brought their total to 19 Academic All-WAC members in 2019-20. UNC swimming and diving recently extended its streak to 17 straight semesters on the CSCAA Scholar All-America Team list.
