Northern Colorado finished its competition at the Steve Scott Invite
IRVINE, Calif.- Cammy Sargent made the most of her final regular season meet, setting the program record in the 800m.
"Leaving the meet with multiple school records and season best performances is a good way to lead this team into conference," head coach Amanda Schick said. "We still need to sharpen up in some areas and that will come in practice."
Sargent broke her own record in the 800m dash, finishing with a time of 2:07.42 minutes to place first.
"I raced smart today," Sargent said. "I felt good physically and mentally I was really focusing on having fun."Â
