Corder Competes in Triple Jump, Wraps Up Outdoor Season for the Bears

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Camaria Corder closed out an impressive outdoor campaign Saturday evening at the NCAA West First Round, competing in the women's triple jump at John McDonnell Field.
Corder recorded a season-best mark of 13.29 meters (43-7.25) to finish 13th overall in a highly competitive field, narrowly missing qualification to the NCAA Outdoor Championships. The top 12 finishers advanced to Eugene, Ore., with Corder finishing just one place shy of a national championship berth.
The freshman delivered her best jump of the season on her opening-attempt series and continued to battle throughout the competition against some of the nation's top triple jumpers. Her mark ranks among the best performances by a Bear this season and concludes a breakout freshman year on the national stage.
With the performance, Corder wraps up the 2026 outdoor season after posting a season-best jump and finishing among the top triple jumpers in the NCAA West Region.
