Opening Drive
Both Northern Colorado and Montana State come into Saturday afternoon's game following up a win last week. UNC held on late against Idaho State 26-20, while MSU blew out Southern Utah 42-7. The Bears won their first road game of the 2019 season with a complete team effort last Saturday.Â
UNC forced Idaho State into four turnovers and put together three long touchdown drives offensively to win.Â
Montana State scored all 42 of its points against Southern Uta in the first half and put it into cruise control in the second half, not allowing SUU to score until there was only a little over five minutes left in the game.Â
Saturday's game will come down to the Bears' ability to stop the potent run game of MSU's offense. Â
