Hall Scores Three Times, Bears Fall to Eastern Washington

Milo Hall scored all three of UNC's touchdowns in Saturday's game at Eastern Washington
Hall ended up with 114 all-purpose yards with 76 rushing and 38 receiving to go with the three rushing touchdowns.
He scored the first points of the game for UNC when he scampered down the left sideline to reach pay dirt from 15-yards out.
It was the Hall and Chase Lanckriet show on the scoring drive as Hall started it with a 24-yard catch and then Lanckriet set up Hall's run with a 25-yard reception.
For the game, Lanckriet had a career-high five receptions for 75 yards.
Hall's second touchdown came from six yards out just before the end of the third quarter. The drive was set up by the connection of Jacob Knipp to Dante Jackson. The duo connected for 46-yards on the drive.
Jackson ended up with a career-high 61 receiving yards.
Denario Critton's first career interception led to Hall's third score of the day as he powered in from two yards out nine plays later.
In the game, Michael Walker became Northern Colorado's Division I leader in pass breakups passing Courtney Hall. Walker had three breakups in the game to move to 23 for his career. He added two tackles to his stat line as well.
Jerone Jackson led the Bears with a career-high 16 tackles.

"We had too many mistakes, bad snaps, fumbles, blown assignments and it all adds up. They were hitting on deep balls and turned into the perfect storm against us."
Message at halftime
"It was just a challenge to how are we going to respond. We couldn't come out and say it was a new game because it wasn't. We needed to come out and fight no matter what and I challenged them to do that."
What's Ahead
Northern Colorado comes home for homecoming next week, October 19 for homecoming when Portland State comes to town. Kickoff between the Bears and Vikings will be at 1 pm MT.
