The Bears host the Rams for the first time since the 2011-12 season at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 13.
GREELEY, Colo. – The second of three games at home for Northern Colorado (2-6) features in-state foe and most tenured rival, Colorado State (6-3). It's been five seasons since the Rams last paid a visit to Greeley, coming in 2011 to Bank of Colorado Arena. The tip is set for Sunday, Dec. 13 at 5:00 p.m.

Scouting The Bears (Game Notes) (Big Sky Notes)
- Northern Colorado snapped its five-game losing skid with a win over York College on Wednesday night, 91-58. The Bears were led by career nights from Anthony Johnson and Miles Seward. Johnson scored 23 points and Seward chipped in 16 of his own
- Junior and freshman guards Jordan Wilson and Jordan Davis have double-digit scoring streaks in place. Wilson's stands at 8 games, while Davis is at four games.
- UNC is still boasting the best free throw percentage in the conference. As a team, the Bears are 131-173 (75.7%) through eight games.
- Wilson is racking up court time on the year, averaging 33.2 minutes a game, which ranks him 6th in the BIg Sky in most minutes played.
- Junior guard, Anthony Johnson boasted his season total back up to 16.5 ppg, ranking him 8th in the Big Sky in scoring.
- The Bears now sit with three active players in double figures on the season in Johnson, Wilson (14.4 ppg) and Davis (10.5 ppg)
Scouting The Rams
- The Rams are coming off a 97-72 win over Arkansas-Fort Smith, snapping its three-game losing streak on Wednesday. CSU sits at 6-3 overall on the season with four of those wins coming at Moby Arena in Fort Collins.
- Colorado State has five players averaging in double figures on the year, led by Gian Clavell's 21.1 points per game. Clavell also leads the team in rebounding, hauling in 7.3 boards a contest.
- Through nine games, CSU has the 6th best scoring offense in all of Division I hoops, averaging 88.0 points per game. The Rams also rank 12th in the NCAA in 3-pointers made a game, with 10.6.
- The Rams are also in the Top 30 in the Nation in rebounding, averaging 42.6 boards a game, which places them 26th in the NCAA
- CSU currently holds a five-game winning streak over UNC.
Just Another Night
- Junior guard, Anthony Johnson set another career-high in points scored with 23 on Wednesday night in the win over York College. Johnson has now set new career marks in four out of the eight games this season.
- Johnson finished the night 10-of-15 (66.7%) and 2-of-4 (50.0%) from downtown in the victory. He also led the team in rebounds, hauling in nine boards, just one rebound shy of a double-double.
- Johnson wasn't the only player with a career mark in the win over York, freshman guard, Miles Seward dropped a new best, 16 points and played a career-high 24 minutes.
- 12 of Seward's 16 points came on the long ball (4-of-5). Seward was perfect in the first half, heading into the locker room 4-of-4 from the floor, with three of those makes coming from beyond the arc.
Finally, The Wait Is Over
- After sitting out a full year due to NCAA transfer rules, junior guard Dallas Anglin is finally eligible to play, opening his career at UNC against Colorado State.
- Anglin came to the Bears from Southern Miss, where he was there just a semester before deciding to transfer out.
- Prior to his stint at Southern Miss, Anglin played at College of Southern Idaho. In just one season, he helped the Golden Eagles to a 27-5 overall record and a berth in the Region 18 championship game, averaging 13.4 points, 3.9 assists, 3.0 rebounds and 1.1 steals along the way.
- Northern Colorado is Anglin's fourth school of his college career. Anglin began at Hofstra before College of Southern Idaho and then resided at Southern Miss.
- Originally from Montclair, N.J., Anglin finished his high school playing career at Seton Hall Prep, leading the Pirates to back-to-back Essex County titles. He averaged 17.2 points a game as a junior and 19.0 points as a senior, taking SHP to the New Jersey state title.
Rivalry Facts
- Colorado State is UNC's oldest rivalry, dating back to 1901. Since then, the two teams have played 107 times over the years.
- The overall series stands at 70-37 in favor of CSU. The last time UNC downed the Rams came in the 2009-10 series with the Bears pulling out a 70-63 win. In the last 10 games Colorado State has gotten the best of Northern Colorado, winning 8 of the 10 matchups.
- It will be the first time since the 2011-12 season that the Rams pay a visit to Greeley and the first time since the 2003-04 season that UNC has played Colorado, Colorado State and Denver all in the same season.

Both in-state matchups with Colorado State (Dec. 13) and Denver (Dec. 16) for the men will be featured on Comcast (CET).
