2015-16: Played in 17 games and averaged 8.0 minutes of floor time during his true freshman season… started his first collegiate game against Mississippi State on 12/23/15… dropped a career-best 16 points against York College on 12/09/15, finished the game 5-of-8 from the field and 4-of-5 from three point range… also scored 12 points against Montana State on 3/3/16, his only two double digit games of the year… only missed one free throw on the year.
High School: Though he grew up in Canada, Seward played his high school basketball in California for Saddleback Valley Christian…While playing for the Warriors, Seward averaged 17.0 points a game and earned All-League and All-District honors…. After graduation Seward headed back to Canada for a post-grad year at Athletes Institute in Orangeville, Ontario, playing basketball for the Bears… Seward owns two school records for most points in a game, with 48, and recording 8 three-pointers in a single contest…Ranked 16th best recruit in Canada by North Pole Hoopa
