Season stats
Haddock didn't waste much time becoming an integral part of the Bears' roster as a freshman ... In her first year, she appeared in all but one match -- including 12 starts ... The freshman finished fourth on the team in kills (225), but third in kills/set (2.42) on .197 hitting ... Her defense was nothing to scoff at either in her first year as she was credited for 108 digs ... Her 1.16 digs/set rate was among the best of the Bears' outside hitters ... She also notched seven assists and record 31 blocks on the season ... She burst onto the collegiate scene in just her third match on Aug. 30 on the road against Air Force ... In that match, Haddock was credited with 10 kills on .529 hitting ... She also notched three digs and a service ace against the Falcons ... Continued to improve as the season went along -- putting together a stretch of four matches in late October in which she notched double-digit kills in each match ... Included in that stretch was a road-match against Montana that saw Haddock pound a career-high 16 kills on .220 hitting.
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned eight letters at Longmont High, with four coming in volleyball, three in basketball and one in track and field ... Finished career as a two-time Longmont Times-Call Volleyball Player of the Year for coach Holli Stetson ... As a junior in 2009, she was an all-state honorable mention volleyball selection and a member of the All-Northern League team ... Her Trojan volleyball squad finished fourth in Colorado Class 4A in 2010 and seventh in 2009 ... Also led Longmont's girls basketball team to the Colorado Class 4A state-championship game ... Joined the Longmont track and field team as a senior and finished second in the Colorado Class 4A triple jump, leaping 37 feet, 1/2 inch ... Didn't begin playing volleyball until high school ... Suffered ACL injury sophomore year ... Star was dimmed a bit during her recruiting process because she didn't compete with her club teams (5-Star and this year NORCO) on Sundays.
