2014:
Started and played in 30 matches, missing three matches due to an injury...she was second on the team in attack percentage (.320) and blocks (103)...was third in kills with 286...set a career high in kills with 20 in a four set victory against Wyoming...led UNC in kills (13) against Colorado in the NCAA Tournament...earned first team All-Big Sky honors.
2013:
Started all 31 matches of her junior season...For the second year in a row, led the Big Sky in conference match hitting percentage (.351)...Was third overall in hitting at .314...Led team with 128 total blocks, including 23 solo blocks, and both figures are the most in one season for an individual at Northern Colorado,in the 25-point format era...Had a career-high 19 kills Sept. 22 against Texas A&M...Had a career-high 10 total blocks at Tulsa on Sept. 14...Was named an All-Big Sky Conference Second Team member.
2012:
Strong stepped up in her redshirt sophomore campaign and became a key cog on the Bears' front line, appearing in 34 of 35 matches and playing in 118 sets ... Finished second on the team with 102 blocks (0.86/set) and fourth on the team with 229 kills (1.94/set) ... One of her most valuable traits was the efficiency with which she hunted those kills, leading the Big Sky and finishing second in Bears' single-season Division I history with a .370 hitting percentage ... She was even more efficient once she got into Big Sky play, notching 157 kills (2.24/set) while hitting .403 in conference competition ... Averaged 0.94 blocks/set in Big Sky matches ... Recording at least five blocks in nine matches on the year, including a stretch of four straight matches in mid-September ... Opened the year with a bang, recording what was then a career-high six blocks vs. TCU ... Tallied a career-high seven blocks twice in a four-match span ... Recorded double-digit kills in six matches ... Notched career-high 14 kills on .632 hitting, while also recording five blocks in a five-set win over Sacramento State in early November ... Averaged nine kills and four blocks in three matches during the Big Sky Championship.

2011:
Strong appeared in 15 matches, including one start, while playing in 28 total games as a redshirt freshman ... In her limited playing time, she showed flashes of great promise as an offensive weapon -- posting a .333 hitting percentage while notching 26 kills ... Strong also displayed some intriguing defensive skills -- accounting for 20 total blocks and finishing with a 0.71 Blocks/Set rate which put her near the top of the team ... She burst onto the scene on Sept. 3 on the road against Baylor, when she notched a career-high seven kills on .462 hitting .. In that same match, Strong was a defensive stalwart after being credited with a career-high five total blocks ... She followed that match up with another strong showing against Colorado State in which Strong notched five kills and three blocks ... Her first start of her career came against Sacramento State.

Named to all-conference first team as a senior at Mount Vernon and second team as a junior and sophomore ... Was a three-time first-team all-district and two-time second-team all-state pick for the Mustangs ... Was a 2009 Senior Aces selection by prepvolleyball.com and was named to the IGCA Senior Select All-Star Team ... Was named Prepvolleyball.com's Most Outstanding Sophomore ... Also played basketball at Mount Vernon, and she was a second-team all-conference pick as a junior ... Also competed in track & field ... At time of signing with Bears was hitting .423 in her senior campaign with 1.85 kills per game ... Helped lead Mount Vernon to back-to-back conference championships as well as state runner-up titles in 2008 and 2009 ... Capped off her stellar career by helping Mount Vernon captured the Iowa 2A State Championship ... Played club volleyball for the Iowa Rockets and led them to a first place finish in the Mid-East qualifier in Indianapolis.
