2008: 473 digs on the season gave her 1,006 inher career with the Bears, the 19th-most in program history (2,137- Dana Cash)... Also ended year with shot to break into Big SkyConference's career digs top 10 list... One of two Bears (AllisonRaguse) named to 2008 Big Sky Conference ChampionshipsAll-Tournament team... Had double-digit digs in 26 of theBears’ 27 matches last season, including nine matches with 20or more... Her 4.68 digs-per-set average in 2008 ranked ninth bestin Big Sky history and was the 50th highest total in the NCAA in2008.
2007: 297 digs and 2.61 per game are the mostof any of the Bears' returning players... Was one of six players tocompete in all 30 matches and 114 games... Had double-digit digs in14 of Northern Colorado's matches.
2006: Played in all 29 matches and 101 of theteam's 106 games... Totaled 236 digs on the year... Haddouble-figure digs 11 times, including 17 in two matches...Combined with Abby Mayne and Lauren Carter for 48 percent of theBears' digs.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was a four-year starter forRampart... Was an all-state selection by the Rocky Mountain News asa senior... Tied the Colorado state high school record with 15consecutive serves in a 15-0 win against Coronado High School in2002... Was rated by PrepVolleyball.com as one of the top defensiveplayers in the nation each of her last three years... Was captainof the 17-year-old team that took first at the Junior OlympicNationals.
PERSONAL: Born Sept. 6, 1988, in Riverside,Calif... The youngest of three daughters of Michael and LauriVanDerMost.... Majoring in psychology at Northern Colorado.
