2010 Big Sky Fall All-Academic Team: Jan. 27, 2011
2009: Totaled five digs on the season in 18 games played ... Had two digs apiece in the Bears' back-to-back home split with Portland State and Eastern Washington on Oct. 15 and 17 ... Had one dig in Northern Colorado's 3-0 victory against Eastern Michigan in the Hampton Inn & Suites Northern Colorado Classic.
2008: Played in six sets across four matches for the Bears... Had season-high two attacks in Northern Colorado's home victory against Portland State... Totaled five digs on the year, scooping up season-best three digs in Bears home win over Idaho State.
HIGH SCHOOL: Howe spent her first college semester at the University of Colorado in Boulder but did not play volleyball for the Buffaloes... She earned four letters in volleyball and two in track & field for Eaton High School... Was an all-state first-team and all-conference selection in 2006... Earned honorable mention all-state honors as a junior... Member of the National Honor Society.
