King started at the University of Northern Colorado in 2013, covering both women’s soccer and baseball, as well as serving as a preceptor for the Athletic Training Education Program.
Prior to her start in Greeley, the California native was a graduate assistant at Colorado State University overseeing softball, and assisting with the football program, where she earned a Master’s Degree in Education.
She first grew interested in working with athletic training students while at Appalachian State University where she was a preceptor, and was primarily responsible for the care of the women’s soccer team.
As a graduate of Northern Arizona University, King had the opportunity to gain then Pac-10 experience while at the University of Arizona as an intern. Her primary responsibilities included the care of the baseball team, and assisted with the 2008 Pioneer Las Vegas Bowl Championship Football team.
