2013-14 Big Sky Winter All-Academic: April 23, 2014
2013-14:
Indoor: Qualified for the Big Sky Championships in the pentathlon...Her 3,272 points in the pentathlon Dec. 5 at the Orediggers Early Bird Multi in Golden are the fourth-most in school history...Earned spots in the top-10 during the season in the high jump (1.61m; 5th) and 60-meter hurdles (9.76 seconds; 9th).
Outdoor: Qualified for the Big Sky Championships in the heptathlon, placing eighth with 4,673 points, the seventh-most in school history.
2012-2013:
Outdoor: Qualified for the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Championships in the heptathlon, javelin, 200m, 100m hurdles, shot put, 800m, long jump and high jump May 8 in Portland, Ore., where she recorded her best 800m time (2:20.54) and heptathlon score (4367, also 10th-best in school history) of the season...Best javelin toss (31.31m) of the season came April 4 at the Air Force Relays.
Indoor: Had UNC's fifth-best pentathlon score (3049) at the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championships Feb. 22 in Bozeman, Mont., where she also qualified for the long jump, 55m hurdles, shot put, high jump and 800m...Recorded the ninth-best 55m hurdle time (9.09) in UNC history Dec. 7 at the Wyoming Power Meet in Laramie, Wyo., where she also posted the school's seventh-best high jump (1.54m)...Also set UNC's eighth-best 60m hurdle time (10.20 seconds) Feb. 9 at the Air Force Team Challenge.
High School: Graduated from Nevada Union High School in 2012… Participated in volleyball and track & field… Earned three letters in track and one in volleyball… Was the track team captain in her junior and senior seasons… Awarded outstanding athlete sophomore year and the coaches award her senior year… Helped the team to the Section championship in 2008 and runner-up title in 2009… Also recruited by San Francisco State, Northern Arizona, University of Colorado and Humbolt State.
Personal: Born in Grass Valley, Calif., on May 13… Father is Ralph Migliozzi… Has an older sister, Samantha and younger brother, Garrett… Majoring in journalism/communications.
