UNC's Match Against Denver Rescheduled For August 30

The season opener will resume play on Sunday, August 30.
GREELEY, Colo. – Northern Colorado women's soccer's home opener against Denver, which was suspended due to weather on August 13, has been rescheduled for Saturday, August 30 at 12 p.m. at Jackson Stadium in Greeley, Colo.
The match was halted after 20 minutes of play following a second lightning delay at Jackson Stadium. Northern Colorado and Denver will resume the contest from the point of suspension, with play picking up exactly where the match was stopped.
Before the suspension, the two teams battled through the opening 20 minutes of action in the Bears' home opener before inclement weather forced the match to be paused and ultimately rescheduled.
The match will resume from the exact point of suspension, with all statistics and game action carrying over to August 30.
