Cold Weather Forces Schedule Changes at Colorado Classic

GREELEY, Colo. – Due to cold temperatures and weather conditions in the Greeley area, Northern Colorado softball has announced schedule adjustments for the remainder of the Colorado Classic at Gloria Rodriguez Field.
Friday's scheduled game has been canceled as temperatures are not expected to reach a level that would allow for safe play.
Tournament play will resume Saturday with three games scheduled at Gloria Rodriguez Field. Northern Colorado will face Drake at 1:30 p.m. MT before South Dakota State and South Dakota meet later in the afternoon.
The Bears will then conclude the weekend with a doubleheader against South Dakota on Sunday, with first pitch scheduled for 10:00 a.m. MT followed by game two at 12:30 p.m. MT.
Northern Colorado will continue to monitor weather conditions throughout the weekend and provide updates if further schedule adjustments become necessary.
