Algrim Named Big Sky Co-Pitcher of the Week

GREELEY, Colo. — Northern Colorado pitcher Grace Algrim has been named the Big Sky Conference Co-Pitcher of the Week, the league announced Monday after her dominant performances in the circle last weekend.
Algrim anchored Northern Colorado's pitching staff during a 2-1 stretch, posting a 0.00 ERA across two appearances. The senior worked 8.2 innings and allowed just one unearned run while striking out six batters and issuing no walks.
She earned both a win and a save during the week, limiting opposing hitters to a .200 batting average while helping the Bears control games in the circle.
