PREVIEW: UNC Women’s Golf Set for West Texas Classic

GREELEY, Colo. – Northern Colorado women's golf team will continue its spring schedule at the West Texas Classic, hosted by Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas. The two-day tournament will be contested March 2–3 and features a strong field of competition. Play will take place at Abilene Country Club North Course, a 6,246-yard layout that plays as a par 70.
LAST APPROACHNorthern Colorado is coming off a strong showing at the San Diego Classic, where the Bears finished seventh out of 12 teams. The team was paced by standout performances from Jaci Hartman, Timbre Shehee, and Samantha Colombine, all of whom recorded top 20 finishes. Building on that momentum, the Bears look to carry their consistency and confidence into the final event of the fall season.
