Anna Wilming Named Luna’s Tacos Student-Athlete of the Week

GREELEY, Colo. - Sophomore standout Anna Wilming has been recognized as this week's Luna's Tacos Student-Athlete of the Week after a dominant showing on the mound against Weber State.
Wilming was unstoppable, throwing a perfect game in the Bears' 9-0 (5 inn.) victory, retiring all 15 batters she faced on just 63 pitches while striking out four. It marked only the second perfect game under Head Coach Dedeann Pendleton-Helm's leadership.
She continued her strong performance later in the series, coming out of the bullpen in Game 3 to throw 2.2 innings of relief, allowing just one hit and two walks while striking out one to help secure the series win.
