University of Northern Colorado hosts Idaho State and Weber State in a crucial pair of home matches in the second week of Big Sky Conference play.
With seven matches remaining in the regular season, the Bears sit in a three-way tie for the sixth and final spot in the league championship tournament.
They trail Idaho State and Eastern Washington by two points for fourth place and are even with Weber State and defending champion Northern Arizona. A win is worth three points, while a draw is one point.

LAST TIME OUT

A battle between University of Northern Colorado and Sacramento State ended in a 2-2 draw at Jackson Stadium Sunday, Sept. 24.
Mia Norman and Riley Kaali-Nagy tallied goals for the Bears.
UNC overcame surrendering a goal 38 seconds into the contest and held the league after Kaali-Nagy's marker until 42 seconds left in the contest.

SERIES HISTORY – Idaho State

UNC leads the all-time series 11-8-1, including 7-3-0on its home pitch.

They dropped a 4-0 result at home against Idaho Sunday, Sept. 24.
Kaylyn Buchanan leads the team with six goals, with Saydree Bell tallying four.

SCOUTING WEBER STATE

The Wildcats own a 0-7-2 mark on the campaign, after a 0-1-1 mark in the first two Big Sky games.
Weber State earned a draw at Idaho Sept. 20, before falling to Eastern Washington 1-2, at home Sept. 24.
Grace Kirby and Sayler Schlosser combined for six of the team's eight goals on the season, netting three each.
Tayiah Lambert leads the team in minutes played by a goalkeeper with 321:15, while Hadley Harris tallied 308:45 minutes.

YOUTH SERVED

Freshmen and sophomore's account for five of the Bears' six goals, 83% of the team's offense.
Rookies Lexi Tuite and Mia Norman combine for three goals, with Tuite's two goals pace the team.
Sophomores Riley Kaali-Nagy and Alex Michael registered one marker each, while senior Morgan King netted one goal.
