Dotson Signs Free Agent Contract with Los Angeles Chargers

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Former University of Northern Colorado running back Elijah Dotson signed a free-agent contract with the Los Angeles Chargers.
Dotson enjoyed a standout senior season for the Bears.
The Sacramento, California native rushed for a team-high 933 yards and scored six touchdowns. Dotson averaged 84.8 yards per game and 4.5 yards per carry. Also, a dangerous pass catcher, Dotson recorded 48 receptions for 300 yards and two touchdowns.
Dotson rushed for a season-high 182 yards versus UC-Davis and 121 yards in the season finale at Eastern Washington.
The Chargers hold the team's mini-camp, and training camp at the Jack Hammett Sports Complex in Costa Mesa, California.
