UNC Football Commit Zeke Andrews Earns National Football Foundation Honor

GREELEY, Colo. - Incoming Northern Colorado quarterback Zeke Andrews has been named to the 2026 National Football Foundation (NFF) Team of Distinction, recognizing the nation's top high school scholar-athletes for excellence in academics, athletics and community leadership.
A standout from Ralston Valley High School in Arvada, Colorado, Andrews was selected from a nationwide pool of more than 3,500 candidates nominated through the NFF Chapter Network. Each NFF chapter is permitted to nominate only one player annually, making the distinction one of the most prestigious honors awarded at the high school level.
Representing the NFF Colorado Chapter, Andrews built an impressive resume both on and off the field during his prep career. He graduated with a 4.51 GPA while earning National Honor Society membership, Academic All-State recognition and serving in student government.
On the field, Andrews established himself as one of Colorado's premier quarterbacks. He was a two-time First Team All-State selection, two-time All Colorado honoree and twice earned Jeffco League Offensive MVP honors while serving as team captain for the Mustangs. In addition to football, Andrews competed in basketball and remained active in the community through volunteer work and coaching youth flag football.
The NFF Team of Distinction honors student-athletes who exemplify leadership, character and achievement at the highest level, continuing the organization's longstanding mission of building leaders through football.
Andrews will join the Bears football program this fall as part of Northern Colorado's incoming recruiting class.
