Northern Colorado will conclude its home stand against Eastern Washington
It's a quick turnaround for Northern Colorado women's basketball, as they host Eastern Washington on Monday at noon. UNC looks to stop a two-game losing streak and get back to .500 in conference.

Northern Colorado fell in its last game against Idaho, 57-46. The game was a defensive battle between the two teams. Both the Bears and Vandals shot under 40 percent, with UNC holding a 35.8 percentage. Idaho had a 32.8 percent shooting day. The Vandals built a 10-point lead after the first quarter they were able to maintain for the game. Alisha Davis led UNC with 10 points and tied for the team lead with six rebounds, while Jasmine Gayles matched her career high with six rebounds.

On Saturday, Eastern Washington fell on the road to Southern Utah, 71-50. The Eagles lost to Idaho(69-60) and Montana State(89-85 2OTs) the weekend before. Grace Kirscher leads EWU with a 10.1 points per game, while shooting 33.5 percent from the floor. Bella Cravens protects the paint for the Eagles, averaging 8.0 rebounds per game.
